First appointment: What you should bring with you

Ideally, you should come wearing athletic and comfortable clothing.  You should remember to get a prescription from your doctor for physical therapy treatments and bring along any x-rays you have.

Does your Health Insurance cover Payment of costs: We are happy to assist you
